7. Google Integration

When you connect your Google account:

You authorize JakisAI to access your Gmail data as described in our Privacy Policy
You can revoke access at any time through JakisAI Settings or your Google Account
JakisAI is not responsible for Google service outages or changes to Google APIs

8. System Hosting

Systems deployed through JakisAI are hosted on subdomains of jakisai.com. We provide hosting as part of your subscription. We reserve the right to remove systems that violate these terms or contain harmful content.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content and systems you create using JakisAI. JakisAI retains ownership of the platform, tools, and underlying technology.

10. Limitation of Liability

JakisAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your deployed systems will be removed after a 30-day grace period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of JakisAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
